Labor & Birth

  • Labor & Birth Doula Support (team of 2, on call @ 38 weeks 48-72 hours support)
  • Antepartum Support (4 hours)
  • Postpartum Doula Home transition (10 hours)
  • Postpartum Doula (24 hours per week for 16 weeks)

Baby’s room – furniture B4 birth

  • 2-hour consultation for home nursery setup
  • Snack and diaper station set up
  • Child-protecting home

Infant Development

  • Safe sleep education (1 hour)
  • development education coaching, neonates- 4 months 2x week in-home (2 hours)
  • ECE development education/ coaching 4 mo-3 years old (weekly ideally in-home 2 hours)

Feeding

  • Infant feeding positioning (1 hour)
  • International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) (1 one-hour prenatal visit at 30-36 weeks)
  • Certified Lactation Educatot (CLE), Lactation Education course (1 hour)
  • 5-8 IBCLC postpartum within 48 hours of birth with follow up connections, up to 4 months old.
Baby Services

Maternal and Infant Mental Health

  • Meet with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) once a trimester (1 hour)
  • Meet with a Licensed Mental Health Provider with a PMH-C bi-weekly starting within 1-2 weeks postpartum up to 6 months, then meet once a month until 18 months Postpartum. Invest in a similar cadence for partner support.
  • Use Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) for screening and case study research.
  • New parent Support mothers and fathers groups monthly peer (facilitated by LMHC)
  • Support groups & Resources through Postpartum Support International (PSI) Perinatal Mental Health Resources – Perinatal Support Washington

Travel

  • Child Passenger Safety Education for newborns, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months (1 hour first 2 meetings. Then 30 minutes)
  • Car seat available donations (made possible by Modern Newborn Care
  • Denise Donaldson Lead care seat training and education
