Leanne Spromberg, M.Ed., PMH-C, CPST, CLE, CPD, CLD
Founder and President

Leanne Spromberg is a dedicated educator, doula, and caregiving service professional with over a decade of experience supporting families in private households.
She has built her career on the deep understanding that caregiving is more than a service – a relationship rooted in trust, collaboration, and compassion. Leanne has helped create peaceful, thriving home environments where children and caregivers feel seen, heard, and valued.
Leanne completed her Master’s of Education from Eastern Washington University in August 2025.
Through years of hands-on experience, she has developed an innate ability to cultivate harmony in the homes she serves, fostering connections that uplift families and caregivers. Parents and loved ones consistently praise her ability to create a safe and nurturing space, reinforcing the vital role of skilled and intentional caregiving in family well-being.
Her mission is to ensure that caregivers are well-equipped and deeply aligned with the families they support, strengthening the foundation of home life.
As a founder and advisor of Modern Collective Care (MC²), Leanne brings her extensive knowledge and heartfelt commitment to redefining caregiving support. She is honored to help shape an organization that empowers families from the earliest stages of life, ensuring they have the resources, care, and guidance they need to thrive.
Roman Spromberg
CEO & Founder
Roman Spromberg is the Chief Executive Officer of Modern Collective Care (MC²), where he leads with strategic foresight and relational integrity to transform how families are supported across the continuum of care. With over two decades of leadership spanning estate management, program development, and large-scale organizational operations, Roman is recognized for his ability to design systems that are both efficient and deeply human-centered.
As CEO, he is most inspired by the opportunity to advance an integrative model of family wellness, one that blends evidence-based practice with community wisdom, centering equity, trauma-informed care, and generational healing. His leadership philosophy balances vision with empathy, ensuring organizational excellence while cultivating an internal culture of trust, transparency, and innovation.
Beyond technical expertise, Roman brings a passion for storytelling as a vehicle for learning by creating emotional connections, fostering empathy, building memory retention, and making abstract concepts more concrete and memorable. He believes listening to lived experience and honoring ancestral wisdom are indispensable practices for building authentic, equitable systems of care. This perspective shapes both his approach to community partnership and his vision for systemic change.

Debbie Licker is a licensed mental health counselor excited and honored to be part of Modern Collective Care’s (MC²) bold new hope of transforming the way we live and learning what it means to be part of a healthy family and community. We need good change, and we do this by changing our self, and promoting healthy bonds in our family.
As a consultant and retreat lead, Debbie brings years of education and experience in relational psychotherapy and her own family maturation experiences to support MC²’s vision of healthy family functioning. She believes the moment you choose a partner and become a parent, it sets into motion a course that deeply impacts our current systems, from family to schools, workplaces, and beyond. Debbie is excited to share support through retreats and rituals that intend to enhance your personal growth.
Debbie Licker trusts Modern Collective Care’s (MC²) belief in education and healthy loving as paradigm changers in a world struggling to connect. It really does start at home, with learning skills and developing honest and calm communication to support our own and loved ones’ maturity.
She’s seen Modern Collective Care (MC²) create a place of learning, growing, and healing that transforms a person’s spirit toward an ethic of love. Once this happens, the cycle of love continues to evolve and improve our lives. And it starts with us.

Brandi Moore, M.Ed
Director of Family Support & Advocacy

Brandi Moore, M.Ed, is a dedicated school counselor with over 20 years of experience advocating for children and families, and is currently working towards her LMHC. As a seasoned educator, she has worked with thousands of students from diverse socio-economic, cultural, and trauma backgrounds, providing the critical support they need to thrive.
Brandi has long witnessed the challenges families face in accessing early intervention resources. Many parents wish they had received guidance before their child entered school. This realization fuels her passion for Modern Collective Care (MC²), where she is committed to bridging that gap—ensuring families receive essential support during the earliest stages of development, from prenatal care through the school years.
Her expertise spans Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Suicide Prevention, Social Justice, emotional regulation, HOPE Science, and the impact of technology on brain development. She actively collaborates with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive support systems for children, developing specialized education plans, 504 accommodations, and intervention strategies.
Brandi’s passion for lifelong learning keeps her engaged and evolving in her field. She believes every day presents an opportunity to grow, often drawing inspiration from the children she serves. Beyond her professional life, her vibrant spirit shines through her love of music—known for spontaneously breaking into song at the smallest cue, bringing joy and laughter to those around her.
Through her work at MC², Brandi is honored to be part of a movement that creates a lasting ripple effect—empowering families, strengthening communities, and building brighter futures.
Amber Englund, MA, LMHC
Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist, Secretary

Amber Englund is passionate about supporting families through the profound transition of pregnancy, parenting, and early childhood development. As a dedicated mental health therapist, she believes that strengthening individuals in the parenting journey ultimately strengthens the collective culture.
She is honored to be part of Modern Collective Care (MC²), a non-profit committed to fostering community, connection, and accessible resources for parents—especially those navigating early parenthood without nearby support networks.
With a BS in Speech & Hearing Sciences and an MA in Psychology, Amber’s career has blended early childhood development, community resource-building, and mental health support. From working in Birth to 3 services as an educator and Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to serving in community mental health, her experience has reinforced the importance of addressing practical and emotional needs during early parenthood.
Now in private practice, Amber specializes in perinatal mental health, birth trauma, and supporting families of neurodivergent children. She is passionate about guiding parents as they reflect on their own upbringing and shape their parenting journey with greater awareness, healing, and intention.
A natural connector, Amber thrives on discovering and sharing insights that enrich lives—whether it’s a transformative book, a skilled practitioner, or a meaningful concept. She integrates her love for personal growth into her work, drawing from psychology, expressive arts, mindfulness, and integrated bodywork practices.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Amber traveling, painting, and leaving behind tiny watercolor gifts as a whimsical gesture of creativity and kindness. To her, exploring new places is not just about seeing the world—it’s about opening the heart and mind to rest, renewal, and inspiration.
